How to provide feedback

We we welcome all feedback, as your insights help us improve our services and ensure we continue to meet the needs of our community.

For any concerns regarding your visit, please speak with our clinic staff or your doctor.

Formal Complaints

If you wish to lodge a formal complaint, please email our management team at info@kirribillidoctors.com.au. We aim to reply within 72hours.

If your concern remains unresolved, you may contact the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) for further assistance. Visit their website here for more information.
